Guanfu Multiphase Pumping System (G&F)
The Guanfu (G&F) Multiphase Pumping System is a patented engineering solution that combines the functions of a gas compressor and a liquid pump in a single skid-mounted package. It is designed to handle the gas-liquid mixtures produced from oil and gas wells — in any ratio, including pure gas, pure liquid, and the rapidly fluctuating mixtures that conventional centrifugal or twin-screw multiphase pumps struggle with.
Unlike conventional multiphase pumps, the G&F system uses a centrifugal pump together with two pressure tanks operated alternately as intake and discharge chambers. Automatic control sequences the tanks so that the system delivers continuous, reliable transportation of large volumes of associated gas and produced liquid through a shared pipeline.

Design Highlights
Wide Flow Compatibility
Designed to transport pure gas, pure liquid, and highly fluctuating gas-liquid mixtures within a single integrated system.
Stable Pressure Management
Maintains reliable differential pressure to ensure continuous production and sufficient discharge pressure into trunk-line infrastructure.
Reduced Wellhead Back Pressure
Helps improve production efficiency by minimizing back pressure at the well site.
Fully Enclosed Skid-Mounted Design
Compact integrated structure simplifies installation, operation, and field deployment.
Smart Monitoring & Control
Integrated online metering, data acquisition, alarming, and remote-control capabilities.
Customizable Configurations
Available in customized system configurations for specialized operating environments.
What the System Enables
Associated Gas Recovery
Captures associated gas that would otherwise be flared or vented at the well site.
Reduced Routine Flaring
Supports lower methane and CO₂ emissions by reducing flaring and venting operations.
Extended Field Life
Helps maintain production from mature and declining wells while delaying abandonment.
Dead Well Reactivation
Supports reactivation of inactive wells to recover additional production value.
Stable Production for Challenging Wells
Improves production continuity for high-water-cut and liquid-loaded wells.
Gas Re-Injection Capability
Allows partial produced-gas reinjection for gas-lift applications, reducing nitrogen consumption.
On-Site Water & Gas Separation
Supports local separation for reinjection or on-site fuel utilization.
Application Portfolio
Field Production Facilities (FPF)
Supports new facility builds and replacement of existing transfer stations.
Booster Stations (BS)
Provides stable multiphase transportation and pressure support.
Oil Gathering Manifolds (OGM)
Improves gathering efficiency across oilfield infrastructure.
Gas Gathering Stations
Supports continuous gas-liquid transport and collection operations.
Central Processing Facilities (CPF)
Integrates into broader field-processing systems.
Single-Well Sites
Designed for high-water-cut, liquid-loading, and low-producing wells.
Construction and Operations
Installation is straightforward thanks to the skid-mounted, fully enclosed design. Operations are automated end-to-end — data acquisition, analysis, alarming, and remote control are built into the package, complemented by online metering. The result is a robust system that combines simplicity with high reliability over long service life.
